About the Role

In this role, you will join a team to manage the construction of Data Centers. Reporting to senior management, you will learn/oversee project management, estimating, billing, collections and team development

Position Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company, client, and project policies while upholding job site safety in alignment with national standards.
Assist with generating project estimates, review proposals, and establish detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Assist Project Management with the oversight of project execution to maintain alignment with design specifications, budget constraints, and scheduling requirements. Work closely with clients to clarify expectations before, during, and after project completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to project goals.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders to support long-term partnerships and team development.
Assist leadership in planning future labor and material needs while providing consistent project reports and updates to senior management.
Assist with development of project scopes and budgets, manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and oversee Change Management processes.
Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, both personally and professionally, to enhance leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
0-2+ years of experience in assistant project management.
Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-outs or related schooling.
Proficiency in computer systems and adaptability to learning new technologies.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Effective scheduling, delegation, and time management skills.
Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts tactfully while implementing strategic problem-solving.
Preferred
Experience with electrical construction project management
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of certifications, education, and industry experience (such as a journeyman or master electrician’s license).
Familiarity with software tools such as MS Suite, Excel, Bluebeam, Accubid or other related software.
