The Program Manager facilitates the utilization of resources to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, payroll schedule adherence, and goal attainment.Responsibilities And DutiesDevelop and monitor key performance metrics to measure staff performance and operations functionsRegularly evaluates business processes, procedures, and systems and makes recommendations for improvementParticipates in business development for recently acquired contractsParticipates in quality improvement projects and leads efforts in continuous improvementMonitors workloads of the group and re-assigns tasks appropriatelyResponsible for meeting payroll schedule requirements so that payroll is distributed on timePrepares reportsMonitors and measures current compliance standardsCollaborates with other managers and departments to develop, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and training materialsResponsible for staffing, staff development, and trainingBuilds and maintains relationships with states and agencies as the key liaisonResolves escalated customer complaintsDevelops staff in a way that aligns with the Company's vision and valuesResponsible for internal communications within the unit as well as with external stakeholdersApplies GT Independence values to the operational groupOther duties as assignedEDUCATIONBachelor’s Degree required. Bachelor’s in business management or business administration preferred.Experience And QualificationsAt least two years of Operations experienceExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience in supervision and leadershipExtensive experience in working on complex projects with critical thinking and problem solvingExcellent organizational and administrative skills with demonstrated ability to work towards and meet deadlinesEffective time management skillsAbility to build positive relationships and communicate with people of diverse backgrounds and abilitiesExperience building highly effective teamsCompetence in Microsoft Office SuiteCompetence in utilizing multiple software applicationsWORK ENVIRONMENTWork is in office.
