Clinical Director (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) - Glendale, AZLocation: Buckeye, AZ, Glendale, AZ, Peoria, AZJob Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewThe Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing all clinical services and program development within an adolescent behavioral health program. This leadership role involves managing and mentoring therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.The Clinical Director drives clinical initiatives, enhances therapeutic outcomes, and ensures a safe, supportive environment for adolescents and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership & Management:Oversee all clinical operations within the adolescent behavioral health programSupervise, mentor, and train clinical staff including therapists and case managersConduct case reviews and provide clinical supervision and feedbackEnsure delivery of evidence-based, client-centered careProgram DevelopmentDevelop and implement clinical programming for adolescentsIntegrate age-appropriate and innovative therapeutic approachesCollaborate across departments to ensure continuity of careClient Care & Crisis ManagementProvide direct clinical care (individual, group, family therapy as needed)Manage crises and support staff during critical situationsServe as a key contact for families, referral sources, and stakeholdersStaff DevelopmentRecruit, hire, and evaluate clinical staffImplement training and professional development programsFoster a collaborative and supportive work environmentQualificationsMaster's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldActive Arizona clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)Minimum 5 years of experience in adolescent behavioral healthPrior leadership or clinical management experience requiredStrong knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practicesScheduleMonday - Friday (standard hours)Additional hours as needed for a 24/7 residential programOn-call rotation approximately every 3 weeksNo shift differential for on-callBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with 3% employer match (when contributing 6%)Paid Time Off (PTO)Professional Development Funding (available after 6 months)Full benefits eligibility after 60 daysAdditional wellness and employee support programsPosition DetailsSetting: Multi-site adolescent residential behavioral health program (3 locations, 10 beds each)Patient Population: Adolescents (ages 12-17)Total Capacity: Up to 30 patients across locationsIf interested send your resume to navya.masti@protouchstaffing.com (or) Contact: 972-632-4503
