What You'll Do
Work with a multi-disciplinary team to d eploy & c onfigure s oftware to customer test and production environments
Configure and setup server hardware and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, Bluetooth Devices)
Modify product code to meet the customer's unique needs
Demonstrate complete integrated system with key external stakeholders during Functional Acceptance Testing & On-site System Testing
Not just an office job, travel to site to see your work in action (d epending on project, up-to 25% ).
Root Cause Analysis of defects identified in production.
Limited o n call rotating support escalation (10%)
Maintain, develop, and improve our automated test and deployment tools
Other duties as assigned by Project Manager
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
1-3 years experience (co-op considered)
Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written
Strong Troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with SQL & knowledge of databases
Experience with an object-oriented programming language is required. C# is preferred but Java, C++ , or other languages are also acceptable.
Knowledge of Flyway, Powershell , Azure Devops , Python, Ignition is an asset
The ability to travel & perform night/weekend work
