Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Officer located in Garland, TX. The Escrow Officer will handle escrow files, facilitate real estate closings, manage escrow accounts, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and accurate processing of transactions. The Escrow Officer will also provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in managing Escrow transactions and conducting Closings with accuracy and precision.Notary Public certification and demonstrated expertise in handling legal documentation.Familiarity with Residential Real Estate processes and industry standards.Strong Customer Service skills, including excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in escrow software and standard technology tools used in real estate transactions.Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations relevant to the escrow and real estate industries.Relevant certifications or a degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
