Full-Stack Software Engineer (C#, Azure, JavaScript/TypeScript) In this role, you will design, develop, and coordinate delivery of business-critical applications within an enterprise cloud environment. You will work across backend and frontend systems using C#, Azure, JavaScript, and TypeScript, while contributing to AI-driven solutions built with a strong emphasis on security and Responsible AI practices. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and IT leadership to define technical approaches, defend scoping decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery under deadline pressure. This role directly supports platforms that drive organizational revenue and enable global nonprofit engagement initiatives.Key responsibilities include leading overall design and development of enterprise business applications, building and enhancing backend services using C# and.NET technologies, developing modern frontend experiences using JavaScript and TypeScript, designing and deploying solutions within Azure cloud environments, participating in architectural discussions and defending technical decisions to engineering and IT leadership, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver features under tight sprint timelines, implementing secure coding practices and contributing to security-related engineering tasks, supporting AI-enabled solutions while ensuring alignment with Responsible AI standards, troubleshooting complex production issues and driving root-cause resolution, contributing to CI/CD processes and ensuring reliable cloud deployments, and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required qualifications include 57 years of professional software engineering experience, 3+ years of hands-on Azure experience, 3+ years of experience with C# and.NET technologies, 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript, experience designing and developing full-stack enterprise applications, experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, demonstrated experience contributing to security-related tasks, ability to communicate technical standards and defend design decisions, experience working under deadline pressure, and a bachelor's degree preferred (experience prioritized over degree).Preferred qualifications include experience building AI-enabled or ML-assisted solutions, familiarity with Responsible AI or secure AI implementation practices, experience designing scalable Azure-based architectures, experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment automation, exposure to revenue-impacting or customer-facing platforms, experience working in hybrid collaborative environments, knowledge of secure coding practices and security review processes, and experience supporting nonprofit or philanthropic technology initiatives.What makes this role unique includes the opportunity to build AI-powered solutions using modern frameworks, a strong focus on security and Responsible AI, direct impact on revenue-driving platforms, technology that enables global nonprofit engagement, a high-visibility engineering portfolio within an enterprise environment, and a hybrid work model for collaboration and flexibility.Salary range at Blueprint is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $48.08 to $52.88 per hr. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
