Implementation Program Specialist

Owning the end-to-end delivery of new electronic medical record (EMR) integrations, the full-time Implementation Program Specialist will manage project planning, execution, and go-live readiness while collaborating with customers and internal teams in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project management for new EMR integrations from kickoff through go live Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for assigned implementations Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2-3 years of experience in project management or implementation roles Familiarity with major healthcare EMRs (e.g., Epic, Cerner, OncoEMR) Understanding of HIPAA and the importance of privacy of patient data Commitment to FMI values: Integrity, Courage, and Passion
