Travel Registered Nurse This contract Registered Nurse provides nursing care to long-term care residents in Marshall, Minnesota for a 13-week assignment. The role involves delivering comprehensive care, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTC residents, monitoring health status and implementing care plans. Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and resident well-being. Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic medical records. Educate residents and their families on health management and post-discharge care instructions.
