This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue, accountability, and team performance within company's cabinet and bath division, while also providing oversight and support to the Trim Sales function. This individual serves as the primary sales leader for builder relationships, ensuring consistent execution, strong pipeline management, and alignment with company standards for quality, service, and reliability.The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of custom kitchen and bath cabinetry, construction-driven project flow, and relationship-based business development within the residential building market (These are must haves).
