The WASH programme in Egypt supports national efforts in water, sanitation, and hygiene across both development and humanitarian activities, including supply management, reporting, and sector coordination as WASH Sector Lead.How can you make a difference?The intern will support the WASH team in operational and coordination activities, with a focus on proposal editing, reporting, supply tracking, and interagency engagement. WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) refers to the essential services that ensure access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene, which are critical for public health and child well-being. The role does not include programme design or development, but will contribute to specific activities such as preparation for interagency trainings, including logistics and coordination.Main tasks and responsibilitiesThe intern will contribute to the team's work by:Learn about UNICEF Egypt's WASH programme and how it aligns with national priorities.Edit and format project proposals and concept notes.Prepare and edit reports, presentations, briefing notes, and other documents.Update tracking tools and contribute to WASH supply status reporting including delivery status and supporting documentation.Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including logistics and participant coordination.Prepare meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions.Support communication and coordination with partner organizationsTo qualify as an advocate for every child you will have...Minimum requirements
