Order Management SpecialistNovaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for an Order Management Specialist to join our team.Order Management Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Order Lifecycle ManagementManage aspects of all customer orders (order entry, purchasing, invoicing, expediting, order status)Reconcile customer purchase orders across multiple areas of our business, searching for quotations within our business systems, requesting revised purchase orders, ensuring payment terms are listed correctly, reviewing order details such as shipping information or other details to ensure accuracyWork independently and with team members to ensure customer schedules and expectations are fulfilledLearn and work in multiple business systems and applications quickly and efficientlyCommunicate and coordinate with internal team members as required (warehouse, accounting, inside/outside sales, purchasing)Collaborate with team members to achieve company goalsAssist with case routing and support post order customer requestsManage day-to-day responsibilities efficiently, timely, and accurately while maintaining organization with daily interruptionsPerform the duties as requiredCustomer Service:Build strong working relationships with both internal and external customersApply appropriate business practices and proceduresParticipate in customer meetings as requiredProvide day-to-day phone support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionallyPerform other duties as requiredRequirementsHigh School Diploma Required or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferredERP business management software experience with a preference in Salesforce or IFS platformsHigh computer application literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Microsoft Excel skillsMinimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferredAdditional Requirements:Quickly embraces, learns and applies new technology and/or proceduresExcellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills and proven ability maintain high customer serviceStrict attention to detail and great organizational skillsProven ability to build and support teamworkAbility to work in the office/shop environment on their scheduled workdaysPhysical Requirements:Ability to work extended hours on a computerPay:Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00Eligible of overtimeThe final offer will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
