A company is looking for a Spatial Data Manager, Global.
Key Responsibilities
Develops designs using CAD software and maintains organized As-Built Drawings
Generates reports and analyzes space allocation data while communicating with project teams
Proactively monitors and manages space allocation data in accordance with client processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or related field
3-5 years of experience in architecture, facilities management, or real estate
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and CAFM software
Solid understanding of programming codes, documentation, and project systems organization
Furniture design experience preferred
