This position handles inbound sales calls, provides phone quotes to potential clients, converts leads into sales, schedules initial jobs, engages in community marketing, manages social media, and delivers exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective questioning and active listening to identify customer needs. Capable of meeting and exceeding new customer and revenue targets. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred BUT not a requirement Responsibilities - Sales Provide phone quotes and respond to quote requests from our website, YELP, Angie’s List, etc. Follow up on and nurture quotes. Assist and make sales (convert leads into sales). Assist and entering quotes and bookings into database. Continuous prospective habits of a proactive sales person. We go after bookings! Responsibilities – Scheduling: Book new initial cleaning appointments. Optimize every technician’s day; strategically route technician travel. Scheduling: Book new initial cleaning appointments. Results Expected: 100% of quote requests completed same day. 100% of quotes and bookings entered into database. 100% of quotes actively nurtured. 100% customer satisfaction with the level of our customer service. Hit Monthly Sales Goal each month (new recurring clients). Continuous prospective habits of a proactive sales person. We go after bookings! Platforms Used: Keap, Jobber, Dialpad, Google Workspace, Canva, and All Social Media Outlets. Compensation & Benefits: An annual base salary starting at $38,000 with initial monthly sales activity bonus opportunities. Bonus incentive pay up to an additional $20,000 per year for reaching and exceeding call, booked appointments and revenue goals each month. Ten (10) days paid vacation per year along with paid Company holidays. Your home cleaning regularly by our outstanding staff! Full time position Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm at our Allen, TX office. Position is required to be 100% on-site.
