Spring Crew MemberLocation: All Retail LocationsReports to: Supervisor, Assistant Department Manager, Department Manager, Location ManagerWorks with: Team MembersSpring Crew Members at Family Tree Nursery are hired to work anytime during our spring season, which runs from January 15th through June 15th. Availability during the spring season (January 15th-June15th). Employment may span the full season or only a portion, depending on the needs of the business and individual availability. Essential Functions:Work in a variety of weather conditions including hot, humid, cold, wet or dry. Stand, squat, bend, and lift arms above head. Work on a variety of surfaces including, but not limited to, gravel, concrete, mud, or dirt. Work agreed upon availability. Stand and walk on your feet for multiple hours at a time with breaks as required by law. Operate effectively in a high paced setting involving various people and teams. Provide excellent guest experiences. Key Expectations:Teamwork- Work daily with a core group of people to achieve common goals. Guest Experience- Provide excellent guest experience, as defined and trained by Family Tree Nursery core values and mission. Execution- Perform tasks as assigned by leadership. Additional Expectations:Be on time, present, and prepared for each shift during the spring season. Execute daily work lists as assigned. Effectively complete various retail, farm or warehouse tasks, depending on location. Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership.
