We are looking for a talent with solid professional skills.Purpose of Position: Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product final distribution. Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area.Duties and Responsibilities:Material Transport & Equipment Operation:Transport raw materials and in-process assemblies to specific production areas on schedule to maintain workflowEnsure materials are delivered to production areas in the correct quantity and condition to support production schedulesSafely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), including forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and hoistsPerform pre-use safety inspections on equipment and conduct basic operator maintenanc​​​​​​​Inventory Control & Tracking:Catalog, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locationsUtilize (ERP) systems or inventory software to update stock levels, log work orders, and track material movementMaintain inventory accuracy through timely and accurate material transactions in the ERP systemConduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure system accuracy and prevent stockoutsAssist with investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies identified through cycle counts and physical inventoriesUtilize material pick lists for preparing kits for productionCreates & submits proper documentation as requiredEnter received goods into the inventory system as per existing policies & proceduresReport discrepancies or anomalies of incoming goods/cycle counts per proceduresIssue materials to work orders per the pick lists in ERP systemSafety & Workplace Maintenance:Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and facility protocolsMaintain a clean, organized work environment to eliminate safety hazards and optimize spaceOther duties as assignedEducational Requirement:High school diploma or equivalent qualificationWritten & oral aptitude in EnglishQualifications and Experience:A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar roleStrong mathematical aptitudeExperience with working with ERP and Inventory Management SystemsAbility to read and interpret work orders, pick lists, receiving documents, and inventory reportsStrong administrative skillsConscientious and punctualOccupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) forklift certification is an advantageAvailability to work overtime including weekends and evenings when necessaryOutstanding organizational and communication skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of what an employee must possess to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms, talk and hear; will occasionally climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; smell.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to noisy. Other details:Our team includes members with a wide diversity of cultural and technical backgrounds, ages, and experiences.
