Yamaha Fine Technologies is an automotive supplier manufacturing real material interior trims for the automotive sector. The team located in the U.S. works with internal & external stakeholders for developing interior trims and creating value by managing customers’ relationships in North America.Purpose of RoleAchieve continuous profit growth by winning programs from existing and new customers through sales activities aligned with business strategies. This is a remote position based in Detroit, MI.Key Accountabilities IncludeEnsure sales with assigned national accounts meet organizational objectivesEnsure sales and marketing plans are executedResolve critical matters that impact assigned accountsEnsure positive customer sales experiencesMaximize the effectiveness of channel partner interactionsPrimary Responsibilities IncludeShape, execute, and communicate strategic account plan; serve as primary contact for all matters of business, pertaining to the sales, planning, and marketing for assigned accounts.Optimize the placement and performance of Yamaha products within the assigned dealersReport on market insights, competitive conditions and products and recommend countermeasuresAssess and recommend training options for channel partners within assigned accountsDevelop and maintain sales forecasting for assigned Key accounts, document account sales cycle activityCoordinate resources and support for demand generation events and activitiesEstablish and drive sales rep sales targets while utilizing proven tools and templates for driving business outcomesCore Functional Competencies Sales Alignment - CRD: Align work with the sales function Consultative Sales Skills: Ability to alleviate channel partners' pain points and recommend products and services that meet channel partners' needs Customer Relationship Development: Be an effective brand ambassador to end users and/or direct customers, qualifying, understanding, and converting their immediate & long-term needs for YCA's products.
