The Project Architect will manage all aspects of architectural projects, including developing designs, overseeing submittals, and coordinating project timelines. Responsibilities also include utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software for project planning, ensuring adherence to sustainable design principles, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities and a passion for innovative architectural practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) softwareExperience with Submittals and Project Management in architectural projectsFamiliarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainability practicesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to oversee projects from initiation to completionExcellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with diverse teamsBachelor's degree in Architecture or related fieldLicensure as a registered architect is preferred but not required
