Marketing Campaign and Event Manager

About the RoleWe're looking for a Marketing Campaign & Event Manager to drive pipeline growth through high-impact campaigns and industry events.This role will own the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (online + offline), with a strong focus on:Generating high-quality leadsSupporting enterprise sales cyclesShowcasing our technology through real-world engagementYou will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to ensure campaigns and events are tightly aligned with business goals and revenue targets.What You'll Do1. Campaign Strategy & ExecutionPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channelsDevelop targeted campaigns aligned to ICPs and key industry verticalsPartner with Product Marketing to ensure strong messaging and positioningCollaborate with the Sales team to drive high-quality lead generation and pipeline through campaigns2. Event & Field MarketingOwn end-to-end execution of industry events, including:Trade showsConferencesCustomer demos and roadshowsCoordinate logistics, vendors, booth design, and on-site executionCollaborate with Sales to maximize meetings and pipeline from events3. Pipeline & Lead GenerationDrive high-quality lead generation and account engagementSupport Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiativesEnsure strong lead capture, follow-up, and handoff to sales4. Performance Tracking & OptimizationTrack and report on campaign and event performance:Leads generatedMeetings bookedPipeline createdAnalyze ROI and continuously optimize campaigns and channel mix5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with:Product Marketing (messaging & GTM alignment)Sales (account targeting, follow-ups, deal support)Content team (campaign assets and collateral)Required Qualifications4-7+ years of experience in B2B, B2C marketing, demand generation, or event marketingProven experience managing integrated campaigns and industry eventsExperience in enterprise or deep-tech environments (robotics, hardware, AI, platform)Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyData-driven mindset with experience tracking performance and optimizing ROIExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in robotics, automation, or industrial technologyFamiliarity with long enterprise sales cycles and complex buying processesExperience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategiesExperience working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline
