Partner Launch & Customer Success Lead

We’re not just another app – we’re a movement, on a mission to help everyone reach their full physical and mental potential.Zing Coach is looking for an Partner Launch & Customer Success Lead to who will ensure successful rollout and strong adoption of Zing across partner gym networks. This role sits at the intersection of operations, partnerships, product and marketing, and focuses on turning signed partnerships into active, engaged users inside gyms. Your mission will be to design and manage the operational systems that enable gym teams to successfully introduce Zing to their members.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end launch process for new enterprise gym partners, including planning timelines, coordinating internal teams and ensuring operational readinessDevelop and maintain a Partner Launch Playbook that standardizes how Zing is launched across gym networksDesign and implement trainer and manager enablement programs, including onboarding sessions, demo scripts and activation campaignsCoordinate in-gym marketing activation, such as QR code campaigns, trainer-led demos, internal communications and member promotionMonitor partner performance and product adoption, tracking metrics such as member penetration, trainer engagement and retentionBuild a Partner Performance Dashboard to track launch progress and adoption metrics across partner networksCollect structured product feedback from partners and collaborate with the product team to improve the product roadmapContinuously improve launch processes to ensure faster rollout and scalable expansion across large gym networksWe expect that you haveStrong project and operational management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholdersExperience working with enterprise clients or strategic partnershipsAbility to build scalable processes, playbooks and operational systemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and drive improvementsComfortable working in a cross-functional environment with product, engineering and marketing teamsExperience working with multi-location businesses or franchise networksExperience launching or activating digital products through frontline staffBackground in fitness, wellness, or health-tech industries (nice to have)Why working at Zing is awesomeBe part of the fastest-growing fitness and lifestyle startupHelp shape the internal engine of one of the most exciting AI consumer productExcellent work environment: the company is small enough to be person-orientedRemote-friendly environment with the option to collaborate in-personCome be a part of something extraordinary at Zing AI Coach – where innovation meets inspiration, and every day brings new opportunities for growth and impact.
