ROLE 1 : CCAI platform Developer Start Date: 9/23/24 Allocation: 40 hrs per week *Requirements: We are looking for an Experienced CCAI Platform Developer who can build complex DFCX flows, Dialog Flow Development, UAT Testing, Defect Resolution. ROLE 2 : CCAI Platform SCE Duration: 12/6/24 Allocation: 40 hrs per week *Requirements: We are looking for a CCAI Platform SCE and Hypercare Lead with deep understanding of platform configurations, who can help to quickly triage and resolve hypercare issues related to Go-Live. ROLE 3 : Two CCAI Platform developers Start Date: 9/23/24 Allocation: 40 hrs. per week *Requirements: We are looking for two CCAI Platform developers with understanding of web-hooks and platform configurations, allow listing IPs and platform troubleshooting.
