The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring budgets and timelines are adhered to. The role requires collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to determine project needs, sources of materials, and labor costs. Additionally, the Project Estimator will manage cost analysis and provide detailed reports to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting, ensuring projects remain within financial constraintsStrong expertise in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation, with a proven ability to analyze requirements and provide accurate calculationsExcellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teamsDetail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and provide clear project documentation and reportsExperience in using relevant industry software and tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredPrior experience in construction or flooring industries is an advantage
