We are currently looking for a Korean-English Bilingual Human Resources Assistant Manager to join a global manufacturer located near Duluth, Georgia.Responsibilities of Korean-English Bilingual Human Resources Assistant ManagerOversee all the Human Resources-related activitiesMake hiring decisions after completion of interviews and reviews of candidatesCreate new on-boarding programs to implement for new hiresResponsible for employee communication, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigationsMaintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain complianceResponsible for payroll and benefit administrationMaintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment lawOversee payroll processing, vacation, attendance, FMLA, workers compensation, etc.Develop new HR - Human Resources programs for employees, and manage compliance with labor lawsConduct HR - Human Resources meetings on how to implement new initiativesReport to the company headquarters and upper management working closely with them Perform other duties as assignedQualifications of Korean-English Bilingual Human Resources Assistant Manager5+ years' experience in Human Resources preferably in Manufacturing settingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Operations Management, or related fieldExisting knowledge of labor laws and managing HR functionsStrong leadership skills in team environment and skills to bring positive atmosphere to the teamAbility to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environmentBusiness-level of both Korean and English language skill is must (Speaking/ Listening/ Reading/ Writing)Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficientlyTeam-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivatedProficient in Microsoft Office suiteActiv8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
