Job Title: Project Manager – Ultra-Luxury Residential Construction Location: Jupiter, FL Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of ultra-luxury custom residential projects. This is not a production role—projects are highly detailed, design-driven homes requiring strong leadership, precision, and accountability.The Project Manager will work closely with ownership, architects, clients, and a trusted network of subcontractors to deliver architecturally significant estates at the highest level of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of construction from preconstruction through project completionDevelop and manage detailed budgets, scopes of work, and project schedulesOversee subcontractor buyout, contract negotiation, and procurement processesCoordinate closely with field teams to ensure seamless executionMaintain clear and professional communication with clients, architects, and consultantsTrack project costs, approve invoices, and manage change ordersEnsure alignment with design intent and uphold strict quality standardsProactively identify and resolve issues to protect schedule and budgetEnsure compliance with local building codes, permitting, and safety regulationsProject ScopeUltra-luxury custom homes ($10M+ construction value)Full lifecycle involvement from preconstruction through closeoutDirect collaboration with high-net-worth clients and top-tier design teamsProcess-driven environment utilizing Procore for real-time project managementStrong pipeline of high-end residential projectsQualifications5–10+ years of project management experience in residential constructionProven experience managing high-end custom home projects preferredStrong expertise in budgeting, contracts, and schedulingAbility to manage complex, detail-driven construction projectsExcellent communication skills with clients and stakeholdersProficiency in Procore, Microsoft Excel, and scheduling toolsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
