In 2020, Vertical Bridge became the first tower company in the world to achieve the CarbonNeutral company certified status and has been recertified every year since.Summary:The Asset Manager is responsible for end-to-end landlord relationship management and ground lease administration for designated sites, including private, aggregator-controlled locations and municipal government landlords. This role serves as a primary execution arm of the Asset Management function and carries direct ownership of assigned tasks and outcomes, operating with minimal supervision. The Asset Manager is an experienced telecommunications professional who independently manages priorities, drives tasks to completion, and ensures continuity of operations through landlord engagement, timely document execution, and delivery of all lease and property management obligations within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.Job Functions:Maintain stable landlord relationships that protect lease rights, and revenue continuityExecute renewals, site analysis and decommission of naked sites, extensions, amendments, consents, easements, and non-negotiable approvalsAdminister high-volume property management tasks in accordance with defined time framesNavigate approval workflows associated with landlordsServe as a centralized coordination point across Leasing, Legal, Accounting, Development, and OperationsCoordinates with Accounting to ensure timely rent payments, reimbursements and reconciliationsMaintain strong working relationships with agency contacts, aggregators, and third-party representativesOwn document flow, execution tracking, and follow-upProactively resolve landlord issues and escalations with minimal supervisionAnalyze lease terms and financial impact to support amendment strategiesMaintain accurate records in CRM, Site Tracker, and document management systemsAny other matter deemed necessary by supervisor to comply with the functions of the roleThese job functions are representative of tasks accomplished by incumbents.
