This position will play a critical role in developing and refining backend semiconductor processes tied to scribe and break operations supporting advanced semiconductor laser technologies.This role is ideal for a hands-on process engineer who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. The engineer will work closely with operations, technicians, vendors, and engineering peers to improve process performance, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring semiconductor manufacturing experience and strong process engineering fundamentals.
