The group operates out of its headquarters in Stafford, Texas.Role DescriptionThe Construction Site Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role coordinates with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities from start to completionDevelop, manage, and maintain detailed construction schedules to ensure timely project deliveryCoordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and labor workforceEnsure project timelines and milestones are met according to the scheduleMonitor project budgets, control costs, and report on financial performanceEnforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-siteConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintainedReview and interpret project plans, drawings, and specificationsResolve any on-site issues, delays, or conflicts promptlyMaintain accurate project documentation, reports, and daily logsCommunicate progress updates to project managers and stakeholdersEnsure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materialsQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulationsExcellent leadership and team management skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in project management tools and MS OfficeOSHA certification or strong knowledge of safety compliance (preferred)Work Environment:Primarily on construction sites with exposure to outdoor conditionsMay require travel between multiple project locationsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
