ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise digital transformation programs across multiple units and regionsTranslate strategy into roadmaps, priorities, and execution plansDrive initiatives that transform customer experience, data capabilities, and processesEnsure programs deliver measurable business outcomes and value realizationAct as primary program lead with cross-functional collaboration and executive alignmentFacilitate governance forums, manage risks, and communicate program status to executivesOwn delivery of large, complex programs with global teams, including scope, timelines, and budgetsEstablish program structures, cadences, and operating rhythms to enable predictable deliveryEnsure solutions are adopted and operationalized with change management and go-to-market readinessDefine KPIs, monitor success metrics, and drive continuous improvement in delivery
Key requirements10+ years in progressive program management leading large-scale digital or technology programsProven PMO experience at a top tech organizationExperience with AI, cloud, data, commerce, or identity management preferredCross-functional, cross-regional program management experienceExperience with senior executives and steering committeesStrong governance, risk, dependency, and financial/resource planning skillsUnderstanding of software development lifecycle, release management, and iterative deliveryExperience integrating data platforms, analytics, digital platforms, and automation into business processesAbility to connect technical delivery to business strategy and financial impactExcellent communication, influence without authority, and executive storytellingBachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent strongly preferredFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, TeamsExecutive communicationInfluence without authorityFacilitation and negotiationProgram governanceRisk and dependency managementRelease and operational readiness planning
