With incredible momentum and a bold new Zero Sugar Soda line, we’re building a passionate team to help us change the future of beverage.About the RoleWe’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Team Lead Brand Ambassador to bring Nixie to life across New York. This role is equal parts field execution, team leadership, social media content creation, and brand storytelling, perfect for someone who loves being on the ground, engaging with people, and making things happen. You’ll work directly with the Brand Activation Manager to execute retail demos, sampling activations, product drops, and events, while helping lead and inspire a team of ambassadors in the field.What You’ll DoLead and execute retail demos, street team activations, product drops, and events across NYAct as the face of the brand—engaging consumers, driving trial, and increasing salesManage and support a team of brand ambassadors during activationsHelp plan and identify new sampling opportunities aligned with brand goalsDrive and manage the Nixie Bronco fleet vehicle for activations and product transportCapture social media content in the field (photo/video) to support marketing effortsEnsure all activations are executed with strong brand presence and high energyTrack and report on sampling numbers, performance, and insightsBuild relationships with retail partners, event staff, and local communitiesWho You AreOutgoing, approachable, and genuinely love talking to peopleComfortable initiating conversations and getting people excited to try something newA natural leader who can motivate a team and lead by exampleHighly organized and reliable, you can juggle multiple activations and detailsNot afraid to get their hands dirtyProblem solver and self-starter mindset with a “make it happen” attitudePassionate about better-for-you beverages, wellness, or lifestyle brandsComfortable being on your feet and working in fast-paced, social environmentsRequirements1–3+ years of experience in brand ambassador work, events, or experiential marketingPrevious team lead experience Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving a branded vehicle (Bronco)Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and eveningsAble to lift multiple 25 lb cases repeatedlyBased in or willing to travel throughout New York (NYC, Hamptons, etc.), familiar with navigating the New York Metro AreaWhat We OfferSalary commensurate with experience Unlimited growth potentialTech allowanceMedical, dental, and vision insuranceAll the Nixie you can drinkOpportunity to grow within a fast-growing beverage brandHands-on experience building a brand in one of the most exciting marketsQualified candidates should submit a cover letter and resume with salary requirements to LinkedIn or work@drinknixie.com.
