This is a direct hire opportunity for a dependable professional with a strong background in commercial plumbing. Candidates should be comfortable working on a variety of job sites and handling all aspects of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair. Key Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes Install and repair pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage systems Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards Travel to various local job sites as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience working for a plumbing company Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments No specific degree or certification required; hands-on experience is required Work Environment Commercial job sites throughout the Lancaster area Exposure to varying temperatures and construction environments Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and use of tools Why Join This Opportunity?
