Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Primary Care Physician located in Charlotte, NC. The Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, conducting routine check-ups, managing chronic illnesses, and promoting preventive care. The role includes maintaining long-term relationships with patients, coordinating care with specialists, and adhering to evidence-based clinical guidelines. The physician will also contribute to the practice’s commitment to patient-centered care by fostering open communication and collaboration. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of routine primary care practices, including diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide variety of medical conditionsExperience in preventive care and chronic disease managementStrong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain and build relationships with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare teamsFamiliarity with medical software systems and patient documentation processesDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institutionBoard certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialtyActive medical license or the ability to obtain a North Carolina medical licenseCommitment to upholding Tryon Medical Partners’ principles of patient-first care, transparency, and integrity
