This role is responsible for elevating the overall member experience by anticipating needs, providing timely and accurate information, and coordinating a wide range of Club services and amenities. Working closely with the Club team, the Concierge supports daily operations including event, dining and activity reservations, and all general member inquiries.As a first point of contact for members, the Concierge plays a critical role in fostering member satisfaction, trust, and long-term loyalty. The ideal candidate is professional, warm, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-touch, hospitality-driven environment.Job SpecificationsStarting Wage: $22.00/hr - $26.55/hr Employment Type: Year Round Shift Type: Full Time hours availableMinimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, providing personalized, proactive assistance that anticipates needs and exceeds expectations.Aid Club members with any in-Club needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival through departure.Coordinate everything from, but not limited to, transportation, dining reservations, spa services, local activities, and on-mountain experiences on behalf of members and their guests.Issue member key cards; manage member account inquiries and provide information or assistance related to Kindred Club membership accounts.Book events and experiences on behalf of members, processing credit card payments accurately and securely.Foster strong member relationships by addressing and resolving concerns promptly, professionally, and with discretion.Maintain confidentiality of all member information at all times.Ensure the Club environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times — including the lounge, locker rooms, and common areas.Clear and transport glassware and dishware to the kitchen as needed, or coordinate with the appropriate department to ensure timely assistance.Ensure no member or guest under the age of 21 is consuming alcohol on Club premises; uphold responsible service standards and maintain TIPS certification.Oversee complimentary snacks and beverages in the Club Lounge, ensuring items are attractively presented and consistently restocked; assist with lounge inventory management, ordering, andreporting with Assistant Manager and Club Director.Maintain and update TYNGO system inputs, ensuring accurate and current records.Support daily Club operations by maintaining a daily log of Club happenings and coordinating closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Perform other duties as assigned in support of Club operations.Plan and execute member activities and events, including seasonal parties, children’s programming, holiday charitable giving initiatives, and weekly social events.Assist with marketing of Club events, including email newsletters, promotional materials, and Club website updates.Maintain the Club photo library.Job RequirementsMust be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent; college education preferredPrior guest service or hospitality experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organization and time-management skills with keen attention to detailAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-touch environmentConfidence handling member inquiries and complaints in a calm, professional mannerProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Experience with a Point of Sale softwareAbility to process credit card transactions accurately and securelyTIPS certification (or willingness to obtain)Valid, active driver’s license; must pass MVR checkAbility to lift and transport up to 30 poundsMust be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduledProfessionally communicates verbally and in writing in EnglishAdherence to the Club’s Presentation PolicyKnowledge of the Summit County area and local community, preferredExperience working with children and families, preferredClub, hospitality, or event planning experience, preferredFamiliarity with TYNGO, Opera, Simphony, and Vail Resorts systems, preferredThe expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $26.55/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
