Join our growing team as an Install Apprentice! We're looking for a motivated, hands-on individual with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and interest in developing technical skills.In this role, you'll assist with installing HVAC systems in residential homes, work directly with customers, and collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality service.What You'll Do:Assist with installation of heating & air conditioning systemsUse hand and power tools safely and efficientlyCommunicate professionally with customers and team membersComplete job documentation and support daily operationsParticipate in ongoing training and developmentWhat We're Looking For:Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedValid driver's license and clean recordEPA Certification | NATE within 1 yearPreferred: OSHA 10, Manometer experience, prior HVAC or tool experienceWork Environment:Active, hands-on role working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
