AEM Full Stack Developer

Overview In this role you design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows to deliver scalable digital experiences across Sites, Assets, and Forms. You collaborate with the MarTech team and partners to support global, localization-friendly content initiatives and high-performance deployments. You will work on integrations with third-party services, ensure stability and security, and mentor junior developers. This is a hands-on role that shapes content-driven solutions for widespread fan engagement at scale. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain custom AEM components, templates, and workflows across Sites, Assets, and FormsSupport QA and collaboration with content authors via the AEM authoring interfaceIntegrate AEM with third-party services and internal systems (e.g., personalization engines, analytics, asset repositories)Contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture with Solutions Director and partnersEnsure platform stability, performance, and security following AEM best practicesSupport international site rollouts, localization workflows, and multi-language/multi-site managementTroubleshoot and resolve bugs with QA and operations teamsProvide technical guidance to junior developers or partner teamsContribute to component libraries, code standards, and documentationCollaborate with DevOps to manage builds, deployments, and environment setup Key requirements5+ years of hands-on AEM development experience (Sites, Assets, Forms)Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AEM frontend frameworksExperience building and maintaining custom AEM components, templates, and editable authoring toolsUnderstanding of AEM architecture, dispatcher configuration, and JCRExperience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and workflow customizationsFamiliarity with localization workflows and multi-site/multi-language architectureStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and testing codeBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldstrong problem-solvingcollaboration with cross-functional teamsattention to detailJavaSlingOSGi
