CNC Lathe Setup/Operator

Join E2E Mfg, where precision and quality are at the core of everything we do. *Key Responsibilities:* * Set up and operate CNC lathes, including Haas CNC Lathes machines. * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. * Perform machine adjustments to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards. * Conduct first article and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools. * Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime. * Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness and follow safety protocols. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in CNC lathe setup and operation (Haas experience preferred). * Strong understanding of G-code programming and machine offsets. * Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and other measuring instruments. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. *What We Offer:* * Competitive pay based on experience. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * A supportive and collaborative work environment. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off. *About Us:* E2E Mfg is a leading manufacturing company located in Fremont, CA.
