We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team and help support residents through recovery, wellness maintenance, and long-term care needs.This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your clinical judgment and relationships with residents truly matter.What You'll DoUnder the direction of the RN, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides individualized nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
