Drive scalable, secure, reliable, cloud-native automation solutions across mission-critical financial applications and data platforms while providing hands-on technical leadership.Core Skills:Java & Backend: Expert Java, Spring Boot, REST API Architecture, Microservices.Full Stack: ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Optimization, Data Modeling, Query Tuning.Architecture: Enterprise/Solution Architecture, API-First Design, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, Performance, Scalability, Resilience, Security.Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/Azure DevOps, CI/CD.Messaging & Integration: Kafka, Messaging Platforms, Data Integration Patterns.Automation: Enterprise Automated Testing Frameworks, Test Automation Platforms, Quality Engineering, AI-Assisted Testing / Intelligent Automation.Leadership: Architecture Governance, Design Reviews, Code Reviews, Technical Mentoring, Stakeholder Management.Key Responsibilities:Define ATF platform architecture, technical strategy, standards, and long-term roadmap.Design and develop scalable automation services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.Lead cloud-native modernization and enterprise automation initiatives across multiple teams.Develop reusable automation components, agents, plugins, and framework utilities.Ensure platform scalability, reliability, observability, fault tolerance, security, and performance.Architect full-stack applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3 for automation administration, reporting, monitoring, and analytics.Design enterprise SQL solutions, data models, query optimization, auditability, and analytics.Drive DevOps, CI/CD, automated quality controls, observability, release governance, and production readiness.Establish architecture and engineering standards; lead architecture/code reviews and mentor senior engineers and architects.Partner with engineering, product, quality, infrastructure, and business teams to translate objectives into scalable technical solutions.Communicate architecture strategy and technical direction to technology and executive leadership.Manage multiple strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement and automation adoption.Support financial/regulated environments and modernization of mission-critical platforms.
