Why You’ll Love This RoleThis is a builder role.As Market Manager, you’ll help grow Hangar 24’s presence in your territory by building relationships, winning new accounts, activating the brand in-market, and driving sales growth. You’ll work closely with distributor partners, key accounts, and the Hangar 24 team to make sure our beer is not only sold in — but actively sold through.If you are competitive, self-driven, and love building strong partnerships, this role offers real ownership and impact.What You’ll Spend Your Time DoingProspect and open new on-premise and off-premise accountsGrow sales and distribution within existing accountsBuild strong relationships with distributor reps and managersConduct ride-alongs and support distributor sales effortsExecute promotions, tap takeovers, samplings, and eventsEnsure strong brand presentation and merchandising in-marketMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and account opportunitiesRepresent Hangar 24 with professionalism, energy, and authenticityWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of craft beer, beverage, or CPG sales experience preferredStrong relationship-building and sales skillsSelf-motivated with a high level of ownership and follow-throughOrganized, disciplined, and execution-focusedComfortable working independently in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of beer styles, draft systems, and distributor networks is a plusAbility to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and spend extended time driving and working in-marketWork DetailsFull-time, field-based roleRegular travel throughout assigned territory requiredEvening and weekend work required for events and activationsThe Fine PrintHangar 24 Craft Brewery is an equal opportunity employer.
