The Registered Nurse will conduct patient assessments, develop and manage care plans, coordinate with healthcare teams, and provide education to patients and their families. Additional duties include monitoring patient conditions, maintaining comprehensive records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Qualifications Proven clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, and monitoringStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approachKnowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and documentation standardsAbility to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environmentActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas and/or MissouriBasic proficiency in using technology for communication and medical documentationExperience in senior care or home healthcare is a plus
