We pride ourselves onour collaborative culture, technical expertise, and dedication to staying at the forefront of webdevelopment best practices.The RoleBX Studio is looking for a detail-oriented Website Project Manager to oversee and coordinatework that we do for our Webflow website projects. This role focuses on managing incomingclient requests, delegating tasks to the BX Studio teams, and ensuring timely projectcompletion. The ideal candidate has experience in managing multiple projects, has a strongproject management background, understands Webflow's ecosystem, and excels incommunication and team coordination.Key Responsibilities:● Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing theirwebsite maintenance needs, gathering requirements, and setting clear expectations.● Sales: Experience supporting sales and enthusiasm for contributing to sales efforts.● Task Delegation: Assign tasks to the development team based on expertise andworkload, ensuring efficient project execution.● Project Tracking: Monitor progress on all maintenance requests, ensuring timelycompletion and adherence to quality standards.● Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and manage any project blockers, collaborating withdevelopers and clients to find effective solutions.● Process Optimization: Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency in handlingmaintenance tasks.● Documentation: Maintain records of client requests, project status, and completedtasks to ensure transparency and accountability.● Quality Assurance: Review completed work to confirm it meets client requirements andWebflow best practices.● Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholdersregarding project status, roadblocks, and resolutions.Who You AreRequired:● 2-3 years proven experience in project management, preferably in website maintenanceand Webflow projects.● Experience in a digital agency or similar environment.● Experience in sales● Familiarity with general CMS (Webflow preferred), front-end development, and websitetroubleshooting.● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requestssimultaneously.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between clients and the BXstudio design and development teams.● Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar.● Ability to work independently and proactively address issues as they arise. ● Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.Bonus:● Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.● Understanding of UX/UI principles and SEO best practices.● Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus.
