This role operates within a remote environment and is responsible for developing workflow-driven solutions using Power Apps and SharePoint. The position requires experience supporting Microsoft development and workflow solutions within a mission-driven environment.Program Overview: The program supports a federal agency's efforts to enhance operational efficiency through innovative Microsoft-based solutions.Key Details: Location: Remote Clearance: Ability to complete the required government clearance or suitability processResponsibilities:Develop and enhance Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint solutionsDesign and implement workflows supporting business and program needsSupport an established backlog of user stories within an Agile teamCollaborate with a Technical Lead to evaluate requirements and determine technical architectureParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectivesSupport SharePoint governance and migration activities involving ShareGateIdentify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and delivery efficiencyRequired Qualifications:5–7 years of relevant Microsoft development experienceHands-on experience with Power Apps and SharePoint developmentProven experience building workflow-based applications and automationsAbility to work independently while collaborating with a Technical LeadExperience within an Agile development environmentFamiliarity with ShareGate and SharePoint governance processesU.S. citizenship and ability to complete the government clearance processPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled toolsDemonstrated success in building client use cases or automating work with AI toolsMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals or related Azure certificationsExperience supporting federal government or Department of Commerce programsCompensation: Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000
