Come and enjoy a great working environment where all staff are made to feel welcome!Responsibilities:As a Hospitality Aide, your responsibilities include:Provides quality nursing care to Residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity and freedom of choice.Can assist with tasks including:Deliver water and snacks to residents not on a mechanically altered dietDeliver linen and suppliesRestocking suppliesAssisting residents in wheelchairs to/from events (bathing, etc.)Take menu/orders from residents1-on-1 with resident who have behavioral challenges or need socializationDeliver meals to residents not receiving a mechanically altered diet during mealtimeBed makingResponding to call lightsDoing errands for the residentDoing personal care such as combing hair or washing handsAssisting with Recreational ActivitiesAssist with Supervising Resident Smoke BreakQualifications:High school graduate/GED,Long-term care experience, good communication skillsBenefits Include:Generous compensation packagePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysInsurance including Medical Dental and VisionSupplemental benefits available as well401K Plan
