They are committed to building a robust platform that enhances operational efficiency and drives business growth.What You Will DoDesign and implement data pipelines using Python and Airflow to optimize data flow and processing.Develop user-facing features with React and TypeScript to enhance the platform's functionality and user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Manage and maintain PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.Utilize AWS services to deploy and scale applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to improve overall system efficiency.Contribute to code reviews and maintain best practices in software development.Ideal Candidate Background5–8 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on data engineering.Proficiency in Python and experience with data orchestration tools like Airflow.Solid understanding of front-end technologies, particularly React and TypeScript.Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud services, particularly AWS.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.PreferredFamiliarity with financial services or enterprise data solutions.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of additional data processing frameworks or tools.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $170K to $220K, complemented by equity ranging from 0.5% to 0.8%.
