Behavioral Health Intervention Caseworker

Company Description The Agency, Behavioral amd Mental Health, a Children of Promise Mentoring program working with youth amd families. Role Description This is a contract, remote role for a Behavioral Health Intervention Caseworker at The Agency, Behavioral and Mental of Children of Promise Mentoring Inc. The Caseworker will be responsible for providing support and resources to individuals or families, facilitating case management and BHIS services, maintaining client records, and implementing intervention plans. This role involves coordinating services, building therapuetic relationships with clients, and addressing behavioral health challenges through evidence-based practices. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilitiesExperience in Social Work and familiarity with Case Management principlesProficiency in Casework, including organizing and maintaining detailed recordsAbility to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a remote environmentKnowledge of behavioral health issues and intervention strategies is an assetBachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferredPrevious experience or certification in working with diverse communities is a plus
