As a Sales Promoter, you will highlight our diverse range of honey varieties and premium skincare products, using your skills to attract and retain customers. Duties Promote and Engage: Actively engage potential customers through product demonstrations, samples, and promotional events, focusing on our diverse honey selection and skincare range to draw them into our shop. Client Outreach: Strategically identify and reach out to potential clients, building relationships to drive foot traffic and sales for our honey and skincare products. Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging demonstrations of our honey varieties and skincare products, showcasing their unique features, benefits, and applications. Customer Assistance: Guide customers in discovering the perfect honey or skincare product to meet their needs and assist with their purchasing decisions. Exceptional Service: Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience and foster customer loyalty. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to align on promotional strategies for honey and skincare products and support a cohesive sales approach. Training and Supervision: Oversee and mentor new team members, sharing best practices and sales techniques specific to our honey and skincare lines. Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers and colleagues to address inquiries and provide valuable information about our products. Skills Excellent Communication: Strong verbal skills to engage with customers and clearly convey the benefits of our honey and skincare products. Retail Sales Techniques: Proven ability to use sales strategies to attract and convert potential clients interested in honey and skincare. Supervision and Mentoring: Experience in guiding and training new sales associates. Demonstration Skills: Ability to effectively demonstrate our honey varieties and skincare products, highlighting their unique qualities. POS Systems: Familiarity with Point of Sale systems for processing transactions accurately. Customer Service: Outstanding service skills to enhance the customer experience and address any concerns. Bilingual Proficiency: Additional language skills are a plus for engaging with a diverse clientele.
