AI Engineer

Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML or GenAI applications.Proven track record of delivering production AI systems with end-to-end ownership Expert-level proficiency with AI coding assistants and agentic development workflowsStrong full-stack development skills across Python and TypeScript/React ecosystemsGood communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to articulate complex AI concepts to diverse audiencesStrong delegation skills with the ability to receive, prioritize, and execute on delegated tasks autonomouslyProven ability to context-switch between different codebases, tech stacks, and AI platforms efficientlyLeadership mindset with experience mentoring engineers and driving technical decisionsBeing able to seamlessly integrate new AI technologies and agentic workflows into current work streams Intermediate to advanced knowledge of microservice design patterns and trade-offsUnderstanding of responsible AI practices including bias, safety, and ethical considerationsExperienced on Agile methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence) Work experience in the Retail industry is a plus.
