Financial reporting responsibilities. Ensure the highest level of guest service and food standards are achieved. Job Requirement for the Restaurant General Manager include: Ideally 2+ years of General Manager experience. Must have BOH or Kitchen knowledge. Open availability to work. Financial knowledge such as P&L. Proven track record of leading a team. Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and guests. Dynamic, outgoing personality.
