Professional Development Program – Rotational Program Join ONEOK as a part of our Professional Development Program (PDP) to gain experience in key functional areas and build leadership skills. Job Summary The PDP is a rotational development program for early‐career employees. You will rotate through 3 to 5 roles, spending approximately one year in each rotation over a minimum of three years. Rotations may include Accounting, Audit, Business Development, Commercial Transportation & Logistics, Corporate Compliance, Financial Planning, Operations, Data Analytics, Business Optimization, Engineering, and Asset Integrity. Rotation Summary Accounting – Sarbanes‐Oxley testing, account reconciliation, invoicing, and management reporting. Audit – Internal control evaluation, SOX process design, and compliance reviews. Business Development – Public company research, asset acquisition analysis, due diligence, and economic modeling. Commercial Transportation & Logistics – Project analysis for expansion, opportunity assessment, and pipeline scheduling coordination. Corporate Compliance – Training module development, regulatory compliance processes, and tariff filing exposure. Financial Planning – Market trend analysis, forecasting, monthly financial statements, and budgeting support. Operations – Process improvement projects, site terminal visits, and field location expertise. Data Analytics – Business Optimization – Dashboard building and efficiency analysis across business groups. Engineering – Entry‐level engineering in NGGP & NGL, asset integrity, hydraulic modeling, project management, and regulatory compliance. Program Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in general business or a related field. Overall cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher. Official transcripts required for all degrees. Three years or less of professional work experience. Submit the most up‐to‐date resume. Demonstrated leadership roles in philanthropic, civic, or other organizations. Additional Skills and Competencies Strong analytical skills. Strong initiative and self‐direction. Excellent written and verbal communication at all leadership levels and with external customers.
