The selected candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment while supporting daily clinical operations and ensuring resident safety and comfort.The ideal candidate will have previous LTC or nursing home experience and be comfortable working rotating weekends and extended day shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plansAdminister medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accuratelyMonitor resident conditions and report any status changes promptlyMaintain accurate and timely documentation and chartingAssist residents with daily living activities and supportive care needsCollaborate with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teamsEnsure compliance with infection control protocols and facility safety standardsRespond effectively to emergencies and resident care concernsParticipate in shift reporting and care coordination activitiesPromote a compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care environmentRequired QualificationsActive RN or LPN license requiredPrevious Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferredAbility to work day shifts and rotating weekendsStrong medication administration and patient assessment skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced care environmentFor more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.comor Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
