Responsibilities include:Payroll Processing & AccuracyProcess weekly, bi‑weekly, and/or monthly payrolls, including reviewing, analyzing, and correcting errorsPerform accurate and timely data entry of employee informationCalculate and produce manual checks as neededEmployee Support & CommunicationAnswer routine payroll and payroll tax–related questions from employees and Groups with clarity and professionalism.Reporting, Projects & Continuous SupportAssist in the completion of ad hoc requests and special projects to support departmental needs.Competency BasedExecutingWorking With a TeamCustomer ServiceDetail-OrientedCommunicationResilienceFlexibilityEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsMinimum:H.S. Diploma/GEDMust have 1 year minimum of payroll experienceMust be authorized to work in the United StatesWill not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futurePreferredAssociates Degree or 2 years of college level courseworkCertified Payroll Professional (CPP)Basic knowledge of FLSA, Federal withholding requirements and state statutes governing payrollStrong math skills; intermediate algebra
