You will work closely with contractors on-site, assembling solar light components at ground level and ensuring everything is ready for final installation.The remaining portion of the role will be based in our warehouse, assisting with loading, unloading, and preparing materials for upcoming projects.All new hires will complete an initial training and observation period before being deployed to active projects.Key ResponsibilitiesField Installation Support (~80%)Assemble solar street light systems and components at the base of poles on project sitesWork closely with contractors responsible for lifting and installing assembled unitsSupport overall site readiness and ensure materials are properly stagedFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environmentIdentify and report any damaged materials, shortages, or issues on-siteCollaborate with field teams, project managers, and operations to support project timelinesWarehouse Support (~20%)Load and unload trucks for incoming and outgoing shipmentsPrepare materials and equipment for upcoming installationsOperate a forklift (or be trained to operate) as neededMaintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouseWhat You BringStrong physical endurance and ability to work in outdoor environmentsMust be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly, and heavier items with assistanceEnergetic, reliable, and adaptable with a team-oriented mindsetAbility to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and eagerness to learn — training will be providedValid driver’s license and clean driving record.Willingness to travel frequently (up to 80%)Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $48,000 annuallyBonus Incentive: Eligibility for performance-based bonusComprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, VisionTravel expenses covered while on assignmentCompany-provided tools and equipmentPTO and company holidaysJoin UsThis is a hands-on role where you will have a direct impact on real-world projects, helping bring solar lighting solutions to communities across the country.
